The Opportunity: As a Senior Wholesale Account Manager - Durable Medical Equipment Channel, you will be responsible for building the durable medical equipment channel from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in connecting with healthcare companies, OB/GYN practices, plastic surgeons, hospital systems and lactation consultants, understanding their needs, and facilitating the sales process. Your role is crucial in driving the growth of the overall wholesale business by developing and executing strategies that align with the company’s goals of being where she is and making her life easier.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for the durable medical equipment channel that includes sales targets, growth objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leverage your existing book of accounts and cultivate and nurture new accounts to grow the channel quickly.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Kindred Bravely assortment including features and benefits and the ability to conduct product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives and partner assortment.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and eCommerce teams, to develop the infrastructure necessary for launching and scaling the DME business. This includes implementing a B2B ordering system and CRM platform.
  • Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and optimize strategies based on insights gained from analytics and reporting, and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for relevant industry events and tradeshows to develop a strong presence in the maternity and baby community

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in Durable Medical Equipment sales and a track record of achieving sales and growth targets. You have a book of several hundred accounts that you bring to the role.
  • Experience selling breast pumps or product in the mom and baby space a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • NetSuite and/or Shopify experience a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data in a systematic manner.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel to trade shows as a brand representative.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 base plus commission.
