Define and communicate the strategy and product vision for salesforce ensuring alignment with expectations from stakeholders and goals of the company
Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, consumer relations, IT, and global market to gather and prioritize features for the salesforce environment
Oversee the customization and configuration of salesforce CRM environment to meet the needs of the business which includes custom objects, flows, rules, automations, approval processes, classes, data model, and security access control
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and harmony between different instances of sales cloud, service cloud, GMG CRM, and marketing cloud, and work for different integrations from external systems to the salesforce environment
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to improve the salesforce data usage within the organization
Serve as the product owner for social studio, content analytics/syndigo, and work with the vendor to ensure that the products work with the current organization's ecosystem.
Focus on the functional and integration architecture to ensure compliance and consistency that adheres to the standards and seamless process for the team
Conduct gap analysis, formulate current and to be state for initiatives related to salesforce, and syndigo platform
