Social Media and Content Coordinator

The Role:

BondiBoost is looking for a creative, and motivated, Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to join its social marketing team. The Social Media Coordinator will specifically assist with the implementation of our organic social media marketing efforts, including content creation, distribution and analytics across all platforms, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. As a social first brand, we’re looking for someone with a great eye for trends on social and ideas to help create positive and relevant conversation about the brand and beauty.

This role will be based out of our Dallas TX office.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support overall social media strategy, planning and day-to-day execution/maintenance across all of Bondi’s owned social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube)
• Assist with content creation and editing social media calendars (Video Editing, Design and Copywriting)
• Assist in strategically curating concepts and ideas for broader storytelling and educational content, while actively participating on camera
• Assist with creating monthly content reports using social media measurement tool Dash Hudson
• Identify UGC content creators and assist with content creation to support overall marketing needs
• Support in building an always-on creator program to fuel the content needs across the overall marketing priorities
• Own brand UGC content library
• Monitor social media trends and events for relevant opportunities to respond to in real time

Who You Are:

• 1-2+ years social media experience for a brand or agency
• Knowledge of social media platforms and tools, and an active participant in social media
• Strong grammar and copywriting skills
• You’re obsessed with beauty, makeup, and trends
• You have a strong passion for social media, and are well-versed in the latest social media trends
• You are a creative storyteller, and enjoy creating social media content
• You’re a proactive team player, and are always willing to learn and jump in where needed
• You’re resourceful and solution-oriented

Travel and Hours:

• This is a full-time position salaried position.
• Required in office days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Work from homes days are Tuesday and Friday
