Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge ML/AI solutions for enterprise consumer-facing products.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Educate users on the functionality and benefits of ML/AI technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
• Provide expert guidance on the best practices and strategies for deploying ML/AI solutions in a consumer-facing context.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Continuously monitor and optimize solutions to ensure they meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ML/AI technologies and apply this knowledge to improve solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ML/AI Subject Matter Expert.
• Extensive experience in a client-facing role, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in bringing enterprise consumer-facing products to market.
• Ability to educate and train users on complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, adhering to EST work hours.
