About The Job
Deliver seasonal GPS directive in partnership with GBX cross functional team members to deliver seasonal product story telling direction for all clusters to leverage and adopt to local needs.
Help with data analysis of in-store assortments to fixture fill capacity for productivity process.
With oversight/ input from manager partner with Global Merchandising teams to develop styling story telling solutions that support key seasonal product storytelling and brand initiative.
Responsible for understanding and leveraging Product direction and all seasonal toolkits in styling for each season including collections and collabs.
Manage sample requests and returns to sample library.
Research, create, and deliver Global seasonal/monthly styling tips & mannequin looks, trends, and tools with manager input.
Collaborate with BE team to create and compose Inspiration boards, videos, and presentations.
Communicate with cluster partners to help brainstorm and identify solutions for all retail markets/districts.
Gather and organize key dates and deliverables from PM’s to maintain BX Dept deliverables calendar.
Manage Brand Environment calendar with touchpoints for Brand Environment team and key cross functionalpartners including Monthly product handoffs with Global Merchandising, leadership walk throughs and directive releases.
Assist Sr Manager with new Mannequin development, posing and rollouts.
You will report into Sr. Manager, Global Brand Environment.
About You
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of retail experience
Strong knowledge and insights of the retail environment, trends.
Interested in fashion, art current center of culture
Brand Ambassador – represent the LS& Co brand values
Excel (can perform complex functions) , PowerPoint, MAC & Adobe Creative Suite
Basic knowledge of retail math
The expected starting salary range for this role is $57,800- $91,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
