- Experience supporting data driven projects
- Background with product building projects (they will be building an application from scratch)
- Confers with functional or technical experts to develop requirements or resolve issues.
- Worked in an Agile and waterfall environments
- Very strong communication – this role will be the center point of the projects
- Analyzes business needs, processes, and requirements, and develops software requirement specifications.
- Collects business requirements and creates user storied and flow charts.
- Communicates system changes and processes to appropriate personnel, documenting any processes as necessary.
- Hands on QA/testing experience is nice to have but not required
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues or assigns issues to the appropriate internal expert.
- Follows up with external and internal business users on status of open issues.
- Performs other tasks as assigned to ensure integrity of data and accurate reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years of BA experience
- Healthcare background is nice to have but not required
