Sr. Data Analyst - 80190

Swoon is actively hiring a Sr. Data Analyst to join the team!

What your day-to-day will look like?

• Design scalable delivery of digital teachings and learning models to increase student success and reduce barriers to achievement in higher education
• Make recommendations for enhancements to current procedures
• Translate business, research needs, and questions into quantifiable metrics to create dashboards, reports, and other technical solutions
• Query, transform, and clean complex data across multiple data streams
• Instruct business users in how to understand and use data to make actionable decisions

What’s Required / Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL skills as well as ETL functions
• Advanced data visualization tools in Tableau
• Able to coach, train, and mentor junior analysts
• Critical thinking skills and develop creative solutions to challenging problems
• 6+ years of experience working as a data analyst

Education / Certifications

• Bachelors Degree Required; Masters Degree preferred
• Experience working in Higher Education setting; preferably within a higher education student data
