Join our dynamic team as a Portfolio Manager specializing in credit relationship management. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio, including pass-rated, criticized, non-performing, and charged-off credit relationships. Your primary goal will be to minimize losses and maximize recoveries through collaborative development and implementation of effective workout, restructuring, and exit strategies. You'll build positive relationships with clients, internal teams, and external professionals, negotiating ethically and communicating clearly while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of loans, assessing risk and developing strategic workout and liquidation plans.
Analyze loan documentation and financial statements to evaluate repayment capacity and recovery potential.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and legal professionals, to optimize collateral management and loan recovery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department and participate in community service activities.
Travel occasionally to meet clients or evaluate collateral, as needed.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
5-7 years of experience in financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to handle complex credit situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in bankruptcy/workout scenarios and knowledge of commercial credit products and loan documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SBA procedures and regulations.
Previous experience with Key Bank policies and procedures.
Background in commercial lending or real estate.

Compensation And Benefits
Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $145,000 annually, based on experience and location.
Eligibility for short-term and deferred incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
