Senior Manager of Innovation Marketing: Fueling Growth and Revolutionizing Brands

As the Senior Manager of Innovation Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of driving short-term wins and long-term triumphs across our innovation platforms. You will work closely with Insights, R&D, Brand Teams and the Sales Organization to drive new differentiated propositions into market across the 6 brands. Buckle up—we’re about to redefine the game!

Primary Responsibilities:

Trailblazing the Innovation Pipeline:

• Forge the brand pipeline, aligning it with our business and brand vision.
• Execute flawlessly, orchestrating timing, propositions, and channel magic (both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce).
• Unearth food trends, market gaps, and consumer insights—your secret sauce for groundbreaking product development and marketing.

Proposition Launches That Pop:

• Take concepts from spark to sizzle, collaborating with our dream team: Insights, R&D, Operations, and Sales.
• Craft go-to-market symphonies, seamlessly harmonizing with our brand messaging across all channels.
• Be the catalyst for change, ensuring our innovations resonate with consumers.

Cross-Functional Dynamo:

• Rally the troops! Build consensus, influence, and collaborate to launch new platforms that defy convention.
• Geek out with R&D—understand our product superpowers and unique selling points.
• High-five Sales, equipping them with killer tools for successful product liftoff.
• Jam with Insights, because consumer-centric innovation is our jam.

Performance Management:

• Set the stage with KPIs—our performance spotlight.
• Analyze, iterate, and optimize—like a jazz musician riffing on a classic tune.

Key Qualifications:

• 6-8 years in Food or Beverage (supplements? Even better!)
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA? You’re our VIP)
• Proven track record in launching innovation (front-end, back-end—you name it)
• Master of cross-functional symphonies (teams, not orchestras)
• P&L whisperer (brand or innovation—we’re not picky)
• Downers Grove, IL? We’ll see you there 1-2x per week (the coffee’s on us)
