Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing clinical trials, particularly in Parkinson's or Movement Disorders, and at least 3-5 years of project management experience in a CRO environment. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our clinical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of clinical trials in Parkinson's and Movement Disorders, from study design to closeout.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.
• Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, data management, and clinical operations, to ensure seamless trial execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in a CRO environment.
• Expertise in clinical trials related to Parkinson's or Movement Disorders in a CRO environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, implementation, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
