Summary

Looking for a big picture and experienced IT Sr. Commerce Cloud Business Systems Analyst in SAP solution as a key contributor for the business transformation leveraging SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud CCV2 and responsible for Qorvo ECommerce Solution Implementation .

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design, build, deploy and support of order to cash processes in support of the business transformation leveraging SAP Commerce Cloud technology
  • Work closely with business partners, Implementation partner to understand their requirements and provide optimal and scalable SAP solution options in SAP ecommerce space.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams from business and IT to identify, design, build and implement complex end-to-end scalable solutions
  • Translate non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end solution design leveraging fit to standard and best practices minimizing customizations.
  • Diligently review and create quality documentation to capture: Business processes documents, Business process flows, Fit-Gap analysis, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTMs), Functional Specs and strategy documents to support cutover, testing, data migration, security and deployment
  • Champions BDAT methodology (Business Process > DATA> Application > Technology) and drives standard out of box COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) system options.
  • Establish business process framework standards (APQC, SCOR etc..) supported by an enterprise BPMN tool like Signavio Process modeling
  • Work closely with AMS partners to run and maintain the SAP Commerce Cloud platform
  • Adopt and adhere to Qorvo lean principles using standard processes, establish KPIs, systematic problem solving leading to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business
  • 8-10 years of cumulative hands-on work experience in SAP Commerce Cloud and related technologies
  • Hand-on experience with workflows, tasks, jobs, and process engine within SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly known as SAP Hybris Commerce) version 2.
  • Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud payments, check-out, order fulfillment, search & navigation, and storefront
  • Expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud Integrations
  • Practical experience with the full SAP Commerce Cloud stack including the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture and integration best practices
  • Strong working experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developing/maintaining custom extensions and modules, Strong functional and domain knowledge in B2B commerce processes.
  • Some SAP ABAP Development and debugging experience
  • End to End process knowledge and integration points with SAP commerce cloud to S/4 HANA Order to Cash SD module
  • Provide expertise and design solutions utilizing SAP Commerce Cloud V2
  • Proficient running workshops (virtual and in person), demonstrating SAP Commerce capabilities and helping customers derive the right set of user stories to meet their business requirements
  • Solid SDLC experience using Agile Methodology supported IT processes related to Demand Management, Change management and Release Management
  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in a support and project-based work environment
  • Excellent team player who can work with minimal supervision
