We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineering Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Structural Engineering Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and solutions in structural engineering design, analysis, and project management. This role requires a deep understanding of structural principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and efficient building designs.

- Structural Design and Analysis:
- Conduct structural analysis and design for various building projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional structures.
- Utilize structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) to perform calculations and simulations.
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop structural design criteria and specifications.
- Participate in project planning meetings to ensure structural requirements are integrated into overall project plans.
- Technical Consultation and Advisory Services:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on structural engineering concepts, codes, and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE).
- Advise clients on structural system selection, materials, and construction methods to optimize project performance and cost-efficiency.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project objectives.
- Conduct peer reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards of structural integrity and safety.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify potential risks and structural challenges associated with projects and propose mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate existing structures for structural integrity, retrofitting needs, and seismic resilience.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and professional conduct.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, expectations, and project requirements.
- Continuing Education and Development:
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in structural engineering technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Pursue professional development opportunities, such as workshops, seminars, and certifications, to enhance expertise.
