Corporate Work Study Overview

Christ the King Jesuit College Prep, through the Cristo Rey Network model, prepares young men and women from Chicago’s West Side to be leaders and agents of change through the integration of college preparatory study, work experience, extracurricular activities, and service. Through participation in the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), our students earn up to 60% of their education costs and they develop the skills and gain the experiences necessary for college and career success.

Over 100 Chicagoland businesses and non-profit organizations partner with CTK by hiring students to work in entry level positions in their organizations. One position is filled by a team of four students who each work one day per week and rotate on the fifth workday. CWSP provides a dedicated liaison to ensure a successful work placement for both corporate partners and students.
