Needs to have recent SuccessFactors Learning Management Administration experience

Description Of Job Summary
This position is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the learning management system (LMS). This position provides technical support to the business as required for use of the Learning Management System. This position assists in determining training solutions that adhere to the site training program and must have the ability to communicate information across all employee levels.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administer Learning Management System support for SuccessFactors LMS
Monitors training mailbox daily and provide timely response to inquiries related to training and systems.
Identify, research, and resolve user questions and issues.
Collaborates with internal Central Quality Training team and IT partners to provide LMS troubleshooting.
Support of system upgrade projects associated with Learning Management Systems
Provides reports/queries/metrics as requested from Learning Management System for compliance and supports miscellaneous requests.
Publishes and test e-modules in LMS
Creates and maintains central quality curricula, and user groups for all supported functional areas and assigns them accordingly.
Organizes and prepares training course materials.
Manage users, courses and communities across learning platforms
Build training sessions and rosters
Administer training evaluations and feedback
Provides general administrative support of department as required.
Required Competencies
Knowledgeable in Success Factor Learning Administration Module
Knowledgeable in content publishing and testing in LMS, preferably Articulate 360.
Proficient in Microsoft Office product: Excel (medium to advanced level), Word, Outlook, and Teams
Basic GMP and Quality knowledge.
Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to regularly communicate with internal and external business partners.
Action-oriented and customer-focused and possess learning agility.
Ability to work independently, have a high degree of accountability and accuracy of work.
Knowledge of document management is preferred.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 years or more Learning Management System experience
3 years or more related training experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or medical device industry, is preferred.
