As an IT Support person for the Aftermarket Parts E-Commerce team, this role will utilize both technical and soft skills. Being successful in the position will require gaining knowledge of the Syndigo Enterprise PIM/MDM Platform (formerly Riversand), as well as the various batch jobs, ETL processes, and other data flows that form the core of the processes supported by the team. The goal of this role is to provide timely enhancements and superior quality of service for our internal business partners and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
Provision new users of the Syndigo Enterprise PIM/MDM Platform (formerly Riversand)
Design, code and test configuration changes
Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support
Code business rules using RBL (Riversand Business Language)
Diagnose and resolve system issues and communicate status with stakeholders
Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required
Required Technical Skills
Development experience with RBL (Riversand Business Language) preferred
Knowledge of Syndigo Admin capabilities and Syndigo-specific configuration formats preferred
Knowledge of Job Scheduling and Workflow Automation tools such as Control-M
Experience with JSON
Advanced Excel
Qualifications
Must have the ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, with a constant focus on delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be a self-starter and work independently
Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
Functional knowledge of high-availability systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with E-Commerce digital content management and/or Aftermarket parts data is a plus
Education requirement: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of software engineering experience
Master's degree and at least 3 years of software engineering experience
