System Test Lead

This is a fulltime, hybrid position. Locations include: Atlanta, GA, Montgomery, AL, and Indianapolis, IN. This role is NOT open to C2C, C2H, or OPT consideration and NO vendor support.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing test strategies following engineering methodologies and v-model approach.
• Creation of test plans to verify the products design specifications and functional requirements are met.
• Lead a team creating automation scripts and developing test cases.
• Review test case creation to ensure product is verified properly.
• Manage the test execution of each product.
• Drive Test Automation to improve efficiency and reliability.

MUST HAVE skillsets

• 5 + years of experience in engineering related fields.
• Need to have experience in testing products (MANUFACTORING AND SOFTWARE) NOT ASSEMBLY LINE
• Experience with multiple communications media and protocol including, but not limited to, wired, wireless, optic, CAN, BACNet, Modbus, TCP/IP.
• Experience in tracking software such as Jira or other task tools.
• Experience in Jama or other requirement management tools.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as: Python, LabVIEW, test stand, robot, etc.
• High technical aptitude.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and external subject matter experts.
• Experienced in leading teams.
• Passionate about building and owning innovative, customer facing services/products.
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

NICE TO HAVE skillsets

• Master’s degree in engineering
