Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Innovation Consultant to lead our recruitment strategy and drive excellence in our hiring processes. This role will oversee our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership, ensure seamless integration, and leverage cutting-edge technology and innovative practices, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and implementing algorithmic advertising to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities/Duties – What You Will Be Doing

  • RPO Partnership Management:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and the RPO provider.
    • Ensure alignment of RPO activities with our talent acquisition goals and strategies.
    • Monitor RPO performance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and driving continuous improvement.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies:
    • Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
    • Utilize AI-driven tools and platforms to streamline sourcing efforts and improve candidate quality.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, such as actuary and data science positions.
  • Implementing Algorithmic Advertising:
    • Lead the introduction and integration of algorithmic advertising to target and attract potential candidates effectively.
    • Identify and implement programmatic advertising solutions to optimize job ad placements and improve ROI.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine advertising strategies based on performance data and trends.
  • Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance our employer brand.
    • Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Candidate Experience and Engagement:
    • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
    • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the recruitment process.
    • Foster strong relationships with candidates, maintaining engagement throughout the hiring journey.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Leverage analytics to inform recruitment strategies and optimize processes.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on recruitment metrics and trends.
    • Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications – What You Need To Perform The Job

Education

  • Required (minimum): Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred: Master’s degree

Experience

  • Required (minimum): 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of in talent acquisition, with a focus on innovative and technology-driven recruitment strategies.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong understanding of RPO models and experience managing external recruitment partners.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and implementing algorithmic advertising.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and analytics tools.

Working Conditions and Additional Requirements (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel):

  • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
  • Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
  • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
