Job Description Summary Reporting to the Executive Development Leader, the Talent Management & Development Coordinator will drive critical project management and actions with internal and external partners to ensure exceptional talent management experiences. Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Coordinate important talent management processes, such as enabling executive assessment to run effectively (e.g., in hiring processes and for development initiatives) and executive development offerings (e.g., ensuring smooth execution of experiences that build skills in our senior leaders).
  • Based on plans and goals developed in the Executive Talent Management team, manage execution of talent development projects to ensure successful completion and outcomes.
  • Partner extensively across internal and external teams to coordinate meetings and large-scale developmental events.
  • Manage logistics of in-person and virtual talent development experiences.
  • Support measurement strategy to inform future actions and to measure outcomes from executive talent development initiatives. Gather, manage, and maintain data to inform this.
  • Partner on other talent management initiatives as needed.
  • Get deep on understanding all aspects of talent management processes (especially executive development and talent assessment coordination) to identify ways to continuously improve them for best-in-class user experiences.
  • Contribute collaboratively to plans, ideas, and approaches for talent management offerings.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%

Pay And Benefits

  • The base pay range for this position is $ 71,900 - 107,800 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on July 1, 2024.
