Lead, participate, and support, talent management, including recruiting and sourcing candidates, onboarding employees, and the development of educational opportunities, both internal and external to the organization.
Manage multi location and hybrid workplace communication and policies, integration across the organization, and alignment with employee experience strategies.
Support and engage in the development of team members and participate in training and LMS implementation and management. Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Provide first line coaching and guidance to employees, including both routine and complex issues such as employee policies, as well employee relation matters, etc., Innovate processes with new technology; utilize and implement software applications, including refinement of HRIS and company intranet.
Establish, develop, track and analyze key data, metrics, dashboards, reports, and presentations to identify trends, opportunities for improvements and implement action plans to enhance the employee and manager experience.
Actively lead and participate firm culture committees, events, and activities, providing direction, support, and insight.
Collaborate with internal and external partners such as HR, Finance, Marketing & Communications, consultants, and legal counsel to support overall employee experience.
Occasional travel to additional locations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
10+ years in supporting Talent and Human Resources strategies and delivery.
Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations regarding hiring and employment including Affirmative Action and EEO.
Proficiency in technology platforms and software.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (CP) designation.
Previous experience in an architecture, engineering, construction, or related professional service firm.
Experience in a multiple office firm environment.
Experience with applications such as Mentimeter, Handshake, SurveyMonkey, etc.
