Technical Program Manager - Data Centre

We are looking for a highly proficient Program Manager to drive process optimization, stack ranking, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams. The focus will be on managing the backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO) and refining requirements into comprehensive business requirement documents and scenarios. The role also involves acting as a Business Analyst to coordinate with stakeholders and develop business roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed business requirement documentation.
• Manage documents within the ADO backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on proposed solutions.
• Understand and translate requirements effectively.
• Interface with clients on technical and project-related matters from initiation through delivery.
• Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
• Develop functional specifications, requirements, and scopes to guide product, service, or project implementation decisions.
• Supply technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers as necessary.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant program completion.
• Potentially oversee or manage projects.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of industry experience.
• A degree in Computer Science is required for eligibility.
• Candidates lacking required skills will not be considered.
• The ideal candidate should be proficient in leading workshops and possess excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Must be comfortable and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have Skills:

1. Minimum 4 years’ experience with ADO, Jira or Rally

2. Minimum 4 years’ experience with data center delivery space

3. Minimum 4 years’ experience with stakeholder management
