6-8 years of experience in Financial Project management and holds functional knowledge in SAP FICO.
Ability to manage multiple projects
Strong global / multinational core Finance process experience with R2R, P2P, O2C, Taxation, Financial Planning, and Reporting
Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and be comfortable leading large teams.
Demonstrated leadership and the ability to lead change in highly dynamic, fast-paced and constantly evolving environments.
Operated successfully in a multi-functional environment with a good understanding of group dynamics in matrix organizations.
Good judgement and problem solving skills.
Comfortable challenging the status quo, and handling conflicts directly, immediately and constructively.
Solid executive communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to produce executive level briefings.
Ensure adherence to IT standards, policies, guidelines and procedures in the execution of duties.
Participate actively in required business meetings / workshops with various countries(India, Europe & North America) in scope for the projects, make detailed notes (MoM), highlight issues, and share with stakeholders.
Manage tasks diligently in the project plan and follow up with owners for any upcoming task / delays.
Prepare reports around task completion, upcoming tasks, schedule adherence etc.
