Outpatient Therapist-Mental Health/Substance Use Disorder

Positions available at our MH/SUD outpatient facilities located in Clarion, PA

Hours

  • Both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
  • Full-time positions work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • This includes evenings availability at least twice per week until 7 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
  • Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines.
  • Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality
  • Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate.
  • Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings
  • Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities.
  • Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor
  • Billable requirement of 24 billable hours per 40-hour workweek

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Level with CADC Credential OR
  • Master’s Degree with CAADC Credential OR
  • Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT OR
  • Licensed Eligible Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services), or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders. Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
