Title: Trading Support Specialist – Equities (More business focus vs technical)

Dynamic and detail-oriented Trading Support Specialist with over 5 years of experience in supporting mission-critical applications on trading floors, particularly in the Equities business. Adept at working closely with Front Office Traders, Middle Office Users, and Compliance teams to monitor and troubleshoot trading systems and ensure seamless operations. Skilled in handling regulatory and compliance-related requests, and proficient in documenting requirements, facilitating communication with vendors, and supporting system enhancements.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the Equities business, including US Market Making, ETF, Electronic Trading, Global Program Trading, and Options.
• Strong expertise in high touch trading workflows, FIX protocol, OMS (Order Management Systems), IOI (Indications of Interest), market data, and CTM (Central Trade Manager).
• Proven ability to handle regulatory and compliance requests, including RegNMS, RegSHO, CAT, ACT, ORF, and TRACE.
• Proficient in Linux, SQL, JIRA, and Excel for efficient system monitoring and issue resolution.
