Position Description** **Transportation Driver** Location **710 Trucking & Transportation-Aromas/San Jose** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Drive bulk cement, bottom dump and transfer trucks and provide helpful, courteous service to Graniterock customers. Perform all work in safe manner, observing all Graniterock policies and procedures. Maintain daily vehicle inspection reports, assuring that each vehicle is safe and well maintained. Relay pertinent job information to the Dispatch office. Work in alignment with Graniterock Safe Work Practices, Core Purpose, Values, and Objectives, and support "One Company" principles. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. SKILLS: Class A Driver's License with trailer and tanker endorsement; must be friendly, have a team-player attitude and good communication skills. EXPERIENCE: 1 or more years experience driving a bulk cement and aggregate trucks with trailers. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS: Knowledge of local area helpful. EXPERIENCE: 5 or more years experience driving a bulk cement and aggregate trucks with trailers. OTHER COMMENTS: Must be safety conscious, have valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record. Must be able to work occasional overtime. Hours may vary between day, swing and graveyard. Must be able to start work in remote yard when required. Email
