In conjunction with the head of treasury (whom we placed in his role), you'll be part of build out of the Treasury function which will support the continued scale up of this carrier. Broadly speaking, you'll be part of the process of forecasting cash flows, implementing solid policies and procedures, creating strong internal controls and making sure the tactical processes are in place while also supporting the departments strategic goals. Strong Excel skills as well as experience working with Treasury platforms such as Kyriba or GTreasury would be ideal. This is a hybrid role.
Scope
This role on the Treasury team is primarily responsible for directly assisting the Treasurer in strategically managing global liquidity and performing treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and liquidity management. In addition, the position will be responsible for allocating cash balances, maintaining banking records, and assisting in preparing cash forecasts as well as supporting and backing-up the Accounts Payable team.
We are seeking a driven, self-starter with a solid understanding of finance and accounting to assist with the buildout of the Treasury team and systems and to ensure policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory requirements.
Communication skills are highly important, as well as the ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Cash Flow forecasting and liquidity analysis (rolling 13-week cash flow forecast process).
- Stress test cash model to determine accuracy of forecast, identifying variances against the budget.
- Knowledge of treasury management system (G Treasury / Kyriba) to run reports, analyze bank account activity, and ensure transactions are appropriately recorded in the general ledger.
- Manage intercompany transactions and borrowing processes, reporting, and documentation.
- Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate multiple responsibilities – transitioning smoothly from working autonomously to being a part of the broader team.
- Manage and accurately completing periodic bank and system testing.
- Assist the team with unclaimed property tracking application to run reports, mail customer letters, enter payment details, and remit funds to various states.
- Manage purchasing card program and employee expense reimbursement
- BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, or related degree
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, preferably at a financial services company
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Advanced knowledge of financial principles and statements
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Technology skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, etc)
- Experience organizing and prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative approach based on the ability to listen and value others’ opinions
