Robert Half has partnered with an organization looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Vice President of Human Resources. This role will work with the management teams and will be responsible for performing a number of strategic HR duties. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, professional, and able to prioritize tasks and be flexible as additional tasks arise in a fast-paced work environment.

Job duties include:
Coordinate and streamline administrative and HR tasks for all locations
Participate in management meetings
Run weekly HR check in meetings with all location HR reps
Participate in department check in meetings
Oversee team who initiates internal and external communication for team members
Oversee and review payroll processes at all locations, keep employee information up to date in Paycor system
Troubleshoot payroll and tax issues with accounting team
Manage all benefits for locations, including annual renewal, open enrollment set up in system and transfer to insurance carriers, troubleshoot any issues/errors with system or with individual employee benefits
Ensure all employees are properly enrolled in benefit elections and deductions and processed correctly
Assist and review recruiting process in Paycor system
Work with leadership team to determine additional staffing needs based on company growth
Coordinate payroll, benefits broker, 401(k), background check, Workers compensation, recruiting, employee survey vendor relationships, ensuring a streamlined process
Draft, review and oversee marketing/LinkedIn presence with outside marketing vendor
Prepare and send internal employee communications
Assist with budgeting of programs and events
File and manage annual 401(k) 5500 for all pharmacies
Handle complex HR employee relations issues, offering guidance or handling meets to ensure best practices and followed
Responsible for compliance with federal and state employment law
Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support mission and strategy
