The Role's Essence


As a Vice President, Market Leader (Sales Executive), you will immerse yourself in all facets of client’s growth, fostering relationships, ensuring financial integrity, and orchestrating the flawless delivery of engagements that not only nurture organic and inorganic growth but also solidify robust connections. You will adeptly navigate and sell multi-dimensional engagements, such as revenue cycle, and coding transformations, clinical consulting and clinical documentation improvement (CDI), and technology deployments. Your exuberant energy will drive the presentation of novel strategies and innovative ideas that fuel the expansion of client relationships. Collaborating with teams within a matrixed environment, you'll exude operational mastery in steering your clients' businesses toward financial targets and utmost satisfaction.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President, Market / Hunting Leader (Sales Executive), specializing in Health Systems, based in the United States. In this role, you will lead our sales efforts into the Health System/Integrated Delivery Network (HS/IDN) space, hunt new opportunities in them, spearhead cross-sell initiatives. Change management for healthcare providers implementing the IKS solution. Your proven experience in healthcare, combined with strategic leadership skills, will be critical in achieving IKS objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities:


. Lead Hunting and Cross-Sell Efforts: Spearhead sales efforts into Physician Practices, Health Systems and IDN space and drive cross-sell initiatives.


. Engage with executives, reinforcing value and strategically cross-selling laying the groundwork for executive-level relationships.


· Grasp the intricacies of customers' challenges, and then craft collaborative strategies to surmount them.


· Offer industry insights to the business and product leaders, ensuring the Company's solutions remain at the forefront.


Qualifications To Spark Success:


· Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree, with an MBA or MHA is preferred.


· 10+ years of related experience in selling technology-enabled, coding, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), and revenue integrity solutions.


·Must have led coding transformations that drove costs down, and have deployed automations within the revenue integrity, coding, CDI areas.


· Minimum of 5+ years of recent experience in cultivating and managing intricate client relationships within health systems, ambulatory and acute.


·Embody problem-solving prowess, adeptly simplifying complex information for change transformation efforts.
