Vice President of Product Development

JCW Search is currently recruiting for an exciting search for a VP of Product Development to join a growing Pharmaceutical company based in Houston! This role reports directly to the COO and overseas the innovation of the pharmaceutical products for the company.

This role is onsite 5 days a week and offers a competitive salary & benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Develop the plan and strategy from the initial request through manufacturing
• Serve as a leader and influencer of the company's product line
• Serve as the technical expert for all formulation, product development, and analytical opportunities

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of Product Development and R&D experience
• Must have at least 8 years of leadership experience
• 8+ years of experience with developing new pharmaceutical products
• Bachelor's Degree is required
