This role requires New York State public certification and offers flexible, part-time contract-based opportunities. Educators have the freedom to create their own schedules based on available opportunities, with a particular need during daytime (8am EST-4pm EST) and after-school hours.
Responsibilities
Utilize our educator portal to select assignments aligned with your certification.
Foster creativity and engagement in a virtual learning environment.
Develop strategies to enhance student learning and relationships.
Design lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Monitor student progress and maintain grade records.
Requirements
Valid New York State public professional teaching certification in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or World Languages for Middle School and/or High School.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet.
Successful completion of an interview and background check.
Prior experience in online teaching is advantageous.
