The VP of Channel Sales will be responsible for developing and scaling our strategic partnerships to expand our industry footprint. This will include building and driving relationships with our most strategic partnerships, running a scalable channel program, leading the partner and sales enablement efforts, leading channel operations, and guide our strategic direction for partner marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cybersecurity industry and the Channel ecosystem.

This is a critical sales leadership role that will require a high sense of urgency, competitive spirit, and drive to succeed. This role will work in a strategic manner with our executive team and across sales leadership and the global sales force. This role requires excellent communication skills, executive presentation skills, and prior experience building out and scaling a world-class channel program.

Responsibilities

  • Further develop our existing channel strategy
  • Lead the education of our partners on NetSPI's full portfolio of offerings
  • Review and improve our existing strategic partnerships
  • Own reporting on partnership and corporate development goals, metrics, and KPIs
  • Responsible for effective management of partner pipelines and driving more inbound partner opportunities
  • Train and enable partner sales and product specialists on NetSPI's products and services
  • Work closely across various NetSPI teams


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience developing and leading a global channel strategy
  • Experience collaborating with top level executives
  • Familiarity with transaction execution processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in enabling and increasing Partner revenue
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security industry and existing relationships with top channel partners
  • Ability to manage complex relationships
