Challenge Your Financial Leadership Skills in the Hospitality Industry

Join our dynamic corporate team in Los Angeles as our Vice President of Finance and play a crucial role in driving financial performance across our chain of hotels. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance, you will collaborate closely with Finance Directors/Controllers to establish unified success metrics and ensure efficient financial controls and SOPs are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures for budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting activities.
• Stay abreast of organizational policies, federal and state regulations, and accounting standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, business activity reports, forecasts, budgets, and regulatory reports.
• Analyze historical, current, and projected financial operations to identify growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.
• Monitor financial activities such as cash flow and reserves to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits with Finance Directors to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years in an Executive Level position within the hospitality industry, preferably as a Controller or Director of Finance.
• 3-5 years of regional experience required.
• Proficiency in Accounting software and a strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proven success and career advancement in previous roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; experience in luxury/lifestyle hotels is a plus.
