Your Impact in This Role
Lead and mentor a team of Community Managers, Maintenance, and Leasing staff (currently around 10 members, with plans for growth)
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier service for all tenants
Develop and implement department goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Manage budgets for individual properties and lease agreements
Conduct performance evaluations and drive team development
Create and refine policies and procedures to optimize operations
Handle high-level tenant relations, including complaint resolution
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to leadership
What You Bring to The Table
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Proven track record in property management leadership
Experience in delivering white-glove customer service
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
Passion for community-focused, mission-driven work
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi experience is a plus)
Background in hospitality/hotel management or non-profit sector is highly valued
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on management
