The VP Product Management / Product Management Director / Senior Product Management Director will work closely with the C-suite to delivery the Product vision, strategy & execution.
The VP Product Management / Product Management Director / Senior Product Management Director will:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead the Product, Engineering (Hardware & Software) teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify and prioritize market opportunities based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high standards of quality.
Implement effective product development processes, including Agile methodologies, to ensure efficient and iterative product releases.
What we want to see from the VP Product Management / Product Management Director / Senior Product Management Director:
Extensive experience as a Product Leader, managing cross-functional squads and teams
Extensive experience within the Robotics or related fields. Must have knowledge from both a Hardware & a Software perspective
Track record of developing and launching Robotics/Drone related Products into the market
Experience in a fast paced StartUp and/or Innovation team within a scale up or larger organization
A background in Engineering is nice to have. Robotics, Software and/or Hardware.
