Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the Wedding Sales Manager and execute events with other team members. The opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated and energetic individual who is able to easily multi-task. Candidate must work flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Wedding Admin:
- Answering inquiries via email, knot, wedding wire, phone call- general package information questions, room capacities, general venue information
- Scheduling of site tours, private tastings, and planning meetings
- Entering rehearsals/appointments into appropriate calendars- sending confirmations and maintaining calendar
- Management of wedding package, completing reconciliations, deposits/refund upkeep/management
- Coordinate outside vendor calendar and schedule
- Provide tour of property for smaller functions, “cooler leads," walk ins, OR “family coming to see the space” tours
- Assist with rehearsals/decor drop offs as needed
- Build contracts as needed
- Send review/ photo requests to all couples and vendors post wedding day
- Keeping LaBelle standard up to speed with how the building looks and is organized in both storage and guest facing spaces
- Facilitate monthly inventory of small ware, displays, linen, etc
- Ensuring our entire team is up to part with guests interactions, food presentations and operations of properties
- Must be efficient in bar, POS, and backend of operation training
- Ensure efficient coordinations of events
- Schedule and oversee all staff for events
- Work as a team with all LaBelle personnel to maintain a productive atmosphere and efficient food and beverage service
- Assist all managers and familiarize all menu items
- Confirm sufficient amount of inventory regarding linens, florals, centerpieces, audio/visual requirements and the like
- Ensure take down of events are completed timely
- Ensure all closing procedures are completed timely
- Be present at all required events including LaBelle Lights shifts
- Support FOH as needed
- Manage communication with BOH team relative to event execution
- Ensuring events comply with all healthy and safety regulations
- Communication with vendors and supplies before, during and after events as needed for a smooth even operation
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience on Mac and PC required
- Bachelors Degree; Hospitality Management preferred
- Event Management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills; keen eye to detail and proofreading
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to work in a food/wine environment
