Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing financial advisers to market Mountain V’s products, as well as identify new sales opportunities.
- Utilize product knowledge, competitive positioning, and sales process skills to drive sales of investment products.
- Work with financial advisors to identify client needs and recommend product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Deliver effective presentations to promote U.S. Energy’s products, services, and competitive advantages.
- Utilize systems, technology, and tools to track activities and profile advisor data to expand reach of product distribution.
- Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with sales, marketing, operations teams, and all internal partners.
- Represent Mountain View in a professional manner to all internal/external customers both on the telephone and through attendance at selected events.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills. Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to self-manage workload volumes to achieve or exceed goals and changing priorities in a team environment
- Strong results-oriented focus, strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness
- 3-5 years’ experience in a sales profession or the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of alternative investment products and services is required
- Proven track record of developing sales results in assigned territory
- Series 7 license is required
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
