- [Instructor] In this demo, we'll create work in progress limits, view a cumulative flow diagram and configure a Kanban board to use a separate backlog. We are logged in as Alana Grant and are viewing our Kanban project board. Alana is the project administrator. Let's say the team decides they want a work in progress limit of two issues for the In Progress column. Alana can do this by clicking the more icon in the column header, selecting the Set Column Limit and setting the maximum number of issues to two. After clicking Save, notice the Max 2 indicator in the column header. This means that two issues at most are allowed in the In Progress column. If we drag three issues into the column, it will turn yellow, indicating to the team they have too much work in progress. Next we'll view a cumulative flow diagram.
