- [Instructor] Let's look at the four key touchpoints for a typical two-week sprint. As you now know, in order to start our sprint, the Scrum Team needs to decide which user stories they're going to take into the upcoming sprint. This happens at the sprint planning meeting. The product owner will bring the product backlog to this meeting, typically a large spreadsheet. The product backlog is a list of all the user stories along with the level of effort or sizing that has been assigned to those user stories. The team reviews the user stories and selects the amount of user stories based on the team's level of capacity for a sprint. Remember from our level of effort discussion, the team's capacity could be based on points or t-shirt sizing or some other example. So if the Scrum Master has determined that the Scrum Team can deliver, say, 50 points worth of work in a sprint, then the Scrum Team will select user stories until…
