- I interviewed my friend, Lee Chambers, to get their thoughts on intersectionality. Dr. Chambers is an award-winning British psychologist, coach and entrepreneur. You might be wondering what intersectionality is. Intersectionality is the interconnected nature of social categorizations such as race, class, and gender. And this includes neurodivergence, like autistic people. When someone is black and is autistic, for example, they are experiencing intersectionality. Other factors might be gender, sex, race, sexuality, disability and physical appearance. Here's our conversation.
