Another look into the LEED rating system

- [Presenter] Earlier in the course, we had the basic overview of the LEED rating system. So now that we've performed several analyses in Revit, FormIt and Insights, let's take a more practical look at the rating system. Specifically, we'll look at the LEED version 4.1 BD+C which is building design and construction, new construction scorecard. And let's explore how we can build the LEED Score using the two sets presented so far in the course. For a start, you can download the scorecard for free by visiting usgbc.org. From the menu here, go to LEED, then LEED version 4.1. And on this page, you'll find quite a number of useful resources. By the time you scroll down here, you'll find LEED version 4.1 BD+C scorecard which you can download for free. By the time you open the scorecard, you'll notice that there's a total of 110 possible points. So at this point, we want to look at how we can boost some of these credits…
