- Here's the thing, when you intentionally build a strong network made up of diverse individuals with different ways of thinking, this also creates a natural breeding ground for conflict. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. Conflict does not have to be aggressive or antagonistic. If anything, you should welcome a healthy amount of dissent and opposition, because it means that people around you share enough trust to be honest. But conflict does need to be managed so it doesn't devolve into a problem. Right now, we're looking at conflict on an individual level where you're one of the people in opposition.
