- Okay, one last review before we close out the course. In the final video, I'll also share another technique to help you remember these strategies and put them into practice. For now, when you're ready to integrate, just remember, Simon says. Use what you know to form connections between others, growing the network while strengthening yours. Pursue passion projects that let you do what you love while satisfying a company need. Conflict can be resolved by leaning on your values, sharing trust, and showing empathy. And finally, before you dismiss someone as difficult, seek to understand the why behind their choices, and find a way to connect with them.
