- Last year, I used a specific printing company as they claim to deliver everything within two days from when I placed the order. At first, they were great. They always delivered on time, just like they promised, but then things started to go downhill and what used to be a day or two, turn into days of waiting. I started to grow frustrated because I relied on their fast service for my business needs. Even though I had a good experience with them initially, they made a promise they could not fulfill, so I ultimately switched to a more trustworthy and reliable printing company. Failing to meet deadlines is just one of the many ways businesses break their promises to customers. Other common ways are: Promising to call back or send an email reply within a specific timeframe, but failing to do so.
