- When it comes to ethics and decision making how close to the line is your brand willing to tread? Of course, I can't answer that question for you but I can say, reflecting on possible consequences before you act is an important consideration for any company, especially when it comes to generative AI. Because AI systems are new and their long-term implications haven't been put to the test, you'll want to think about the positive and negative sides of any tools you use and how you can balance the risks to your company's reputation and relationships. Start by asking about the data an AI has been trained on. With large language models the quality and variety of the data used are key. Is it diverse enough or will your results be biased and make predictions that could harm your customers' trust?
