- [Instructor] Newsletters are making a lot of headlines these days. And it's funny because they're not exactly new, but they seem to be having a digital renaissance and are a popular platform for journalists, influencers, media companies, and brands. I've been a big fan of newsletters for a long, long time and subscribe to a lot of them, including On Tech from The New York Times, Janelle Shane's AI Weirdness, Adweek, and Ann Handley's Total Annarchy to name a few. And yes, you may have heard I write one of my own. Let's look between the lines to find out why newsletters may be a good fit for your brand. One of the platforms powering the current resurgence is Substack. Substack lets users create a newsletter, collect fees, and distribute it via email to subscribers.
