Organizing variables into groups

- [Instructor] The proper organization of data is an important aspect of working with variables, as it is with other aspects of a Figma design document through the use of pages, sections, and frames. We can further organize our variables within each collection into named groups for even better recognition. As you can see right now, inside of the variables dialogue, it has all variables inside of a collection named Collection 1. Let's organize these into groups. So we have our preferences right here. If I hold down the Shift key and click on all the preferences, I can highlight them all, right click and choose new group with selection. I now have a new group that contains only my preferences variables. Let's rename this new group. If I double click on the new group name, I can give it the name of Preferences.
