What you need to do is to put yourself in Laura's shoes and ask, "Does this make her life easier?" What you don't do is ask, "Would this make my life easier?" You don't count. Instead, walk through this chart using a story like this. Laura is asked to log in as either a registered user or as a new user. If she is a new user, she needs to register as one, enter a username, create a password and confirm that password.
