That's a lot of money, so it's important more than ever to incorporate positive mental health practices at work. Be at the forefront and help create awareness using these simple steps. First, focus on training. Help business leaders create an environment where there is no stigma attached to mental health. Make sure they recognize signs of mental health conditions, excessive workplace stress, and fatigue.
