- [Instructor] Usability reports are a deliverable created from usability tests. The usability report summarizes usability issues that exist in the experience, informed by the usability tests. The goal is to communicate to stakeholders how to take action on the results. Usability reports should be thorough with clear recommendations. Usability tests determine if the experience is usable. They measure task completion rate or the ability to complete the task at all. This task-based approach mirrors real-life scenarios to ensure that the test is accurately measuring usability of the site as people would normally use it. Usability testing requires at least five people to gather patterns or data on the product experience. As a result, usability testing can be a little bit more involved with planning and recruitment.
