- Just like a drawing can't be completed using only the Line command, sometimes you can't do everything by yourself. AutoCAD 360 allows you to share your file with others in three different levels. Collaborators, Reviewers, and Public. Essentially, you're giving permission for another AutoCAD 360 user to work on or view your drawing to varying degrees. These users are added by adding their AutoCAD 360 account email address. Collaborators can modify and share a drawing in every way that you, as the owner, can. But they cannot upload a drawing, add a public link, or reset permissions themselves. Otherwise, they can edit, download, and view your drawing, as well as inviting other Collaborators and Reviewers. Reviewers can only view, share a link, and add other Reviewers. Sharing with a Public user only allows the user to view your drawing and share a link.
