- [Instructor] Interactive dashboards are a bit different from regular dashboards because they're not just used to view and analyze data in Dynamics 365. As the name already suggests, customer service rep can do more than just view data in these dashboards. They can also perform actions on the records without having to leave the dashboard. Unfortunately, users cannot create personal interactive dashboards. These need to be created and configured by a system administrator.
